Originally from Arlington, Texas, I’ve called Denver home since 1993. Before moving into residential real estate in 2005, I spent more than a decade in multi-family development and property management, working seamlessly with construction teams on new projects, supervising multiple on-site management teams, and communities. That background gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving, strategy, and leadership—skills I lean on every single day as I guide clients through one of the biggest financial (and emotional) decisions they’ll ever make. What I love most about this business is the variety of people I get to work with. Some are buying their very first place, some are moving up to their dream home, some are downsizing into a home that fits their new lifestyle, others are tasked with selling their family home after years of memories, and others are investors who are focused on building wealth through smart real estate moves.
